Dear Mr. Stewart:
Your company previously granted the City of Coppell permission to enter your property
(Vol. 2000093, Pg. 4346 of the D.C.D.R.) for construction activity associated with the
Creekview Drive and Freeport Parkway project. The project is currently under
construction. There is an old wire fence with wooden posts, and trees located on the
common property line between the Creekview Drive right-of-way and the Champion
property. The fence and the trees will have to be removed to allow for the 4:1 slope
grading necessary to tie the proposed finished ground elevation into the existing ground
elevation. The City's Landscape Manager has determined that none of the trees are
protected.
