RE: Windsor Estates Temporary Release Follow-up
Dear Mr. Jordan:
As of this date, we are in receipt of a letter from FEMA indicating they have received your LOMR
submittal, and the improvements alongside Deforest Road at the grate inlet have been completed.
We are therefore requesting that the Building Inspections Department accept this letter as a
temporary final release for the above subdivision.
As previously stated, regardless of other issues, we will not grant a full f'mal release until FEMA
approves a LOMR for Denton Creek. If you have any questions or comments regarding this matter,
