Deforest Court - Temporary Final Release
We are hereby extending the temporary final release for Kelly Jordan originally granted on
March 6, 2002. The letter from FEMA has been received. We ask that you accept this
temporary final acceptance in regard to issuance of permits and beginning inspections thereon.
As with previous correspondence on this subdivision, we will keep you informed as to the status
and any subsequent requested actions. Regardless of all other issues, we will not grant a full
final release until FEMA approves a LOMR for Denton Creek.
