On this date, an HBC Engineering technician arrived at the above referenced jobsite as scheduled for
lime slurry placement observation. HBC's technician observed Gill Excavation place 148.75 tons of
lime slurry in an area 100 feet by 640 feet from grid lines A to Q and 5.3 to 7.2 (see attached
sketch).

slurry in an area 85.5 feet by 520 feet and 47.5 feet by 120 feet from grid lines A to N, 1 to 2.8
and grid lines N to Q, 1.8 to 2.8 (see attached sketch).
