Hello Dennis,
The City of Coppell has approved U-Haul's plans provided they receive a letter of acknowledgement from
Jack-in-the-Box. Please refer to our previous conversation and e-mail, and let me know if this is something
you will be able to assist us with.
The City is insisting that this issue be addressed.

Subject: U-Haul on S.H. 121, East of Denton Tap, Coppell, Tx
Hello Dennis,
As we explained in our telephone conversation, the City of Coppell has requested we obtain a "letter of
acknowledgement" from Jack-in-the-Box regarding the proposed connections to the private fire protection
water lines
Specifically, when the Jack-in-the-Box was constructed, two 8-inch fire protection water lines were
stubbed across the east property line into the U-Haul property. This development, the U-Haul, will connect
to these lines and loop them around the east side of the proposed building.
The City of Coppell (Mr. Garry Johnson PE) has requested Jack-in-the-Box submit a letter acknowledging
the proposed water line connections. If we can provide any additional information, please feel free to call
me at (817)338-1277 X238, or Mr. Garry Johnson at (972)304-3679.
Your assistance with this matter will be greatly appreciated.
Thank You.
