With respect to the above-referenced site, we understand that the City of Coppell is requesting
acknowledgement from Jack in the Box Eastern Division L.P. ("Jack East") for the following
proposed work (the "Work") to be performed by U-Haul:
· U-Haul attachment to and extension of two 8-inch fire protection water lines which are
stubbed across the east property line of Jack East property
No entry upon Jack East property is required or contemplated at this time. This acknowledgement
is in no way to be deemed to grant permission for any work to be performed on Jack East property
and in no way binds Jack East to any liability concerning the Work.
Jack East hereby acknowledges the Work.
