On this date, an HBC Engineering technician arrived at the above referenced jobsite as scheduled for observation of daily field activities. The following was observed and/or tested. HBC's technician observed the 2 foot overburden for verification of material size, moisture and compaction efforts in an area at grid lines A to Q and 1 to 3.7 (see attached sketch). In-place density tests would be performed at a later date.
