Dear Mr. Griffin:
It is our understanding that TXU is requiring a modification to the route of the proposed
walk as it crosses the TXU right-of-way. As you are aware, Pacheco Koch has been
requested to provide services on the referenced site that we believe are outside the
Scope of Work of our initial proposal dated July 13, 2001. These services are as
follows:
CIVIL PLAN REVISIONS: Pacheco Koch proposes to revise our plans to
indicate this new route. Included in this proposal are the following revisions:
1. Revise plans to reflect new alignment
2. Field tie towers to verify minimum distance requirements
3. Modify easement documents to reflect new alignment
4. Modify project quantity summary sheets
We propose that the fee for our current contract be increased by $ 4,000.00, to cover
personnel expenses involved in these changes. Terms and conditions shall be the
same as per our original agreement.
If this request is acceptable to you as presented, please sign where indicated below and
return to our office for our mutual agreement. If you have any questions or need any
additional information, please call me at your earliest convenience.
