· Mr. Bakintas:
The City has received the required letter of acknowledgement from Jack-in-the-Box regarding
the tie-in to the 8" fireline. We are prepared to approve the construction plans. Please submit
3 copies of the construction plans for our use and as many sets as you will need for
construction purposes. All submitted plan sets will be approved and signed. In addition, I
have also included a Construction Development Permit Application which needs to be
completed and returned to this office along with a copy of the construction contract and the
2% fees for engineering inspection. If you have any questions, please contact me at 972-
