Revised Construction Plans
Gentlemen:
This office has reviewed a revised submittal of the above
referenced project dated February 8, 1985. Since
construction of this project is already in progress, we have
limited our review to the extension of utilities for building
T and access to the property.
We have no objection to the extension of utilities for the
proposed building. We do, however, feel a second access to
the property is essential after approximately forty units are
occupied. We, therefore, feel that the Owner should arrange
for a second access as soon as possible.
Please advise if you need assistance from our office in this
matter.
