Attached is the letter that was sent to Mike Martin on October 12, 2000, per his request,
for the size of water meters and other information, to allow Mike to assess the impact &
inspection fees for this project.
The second sheet is the fax confirmation, with date letter was sent.
The issue of meter size for both lots was determined and approved by Mike Martin back
in October of 2000, The Owner paid the appropriate fees and the City of Coppell gave us
the meters, which are installed with meter loops. We are not sure why this issue is just
now surfacing. Hopefully, you can forward this information to your inspector, (Danny
Hightower), and let him know that Lot 5 was included in this matter.
After talking with our Project Manager, who met with Danny & Garreth today at the site,
there is another issue with an inspection of the back-flow preventer for Lot 5. We have
called the Owner and they will send us a copy of the inspection, which we will forward
to you & Danny.
Hopefully, this will satisfy everyone and~ allow the Owner to move forward with his
project, '
