Pursuant to our meeting and conversation this morning, the City of Coppell hereby authorizes
Champion Partners to begin the finish-out process and exterior modifications as described on
Attachments A and B submitted to me at that meeting in relation to this project.
You stated that you would be submitting plans to the Building Inspections office for the finish-out
and exterior modifications on or about March 6, 2002. If you will sign this letter in the space
provided below, we are hereby authorizing you to proceed in a hold harmless situation with regard
to code interpretations and interior finish-out requirements. You may proceed at your own risk.
Please fax a copy of this signed letter to: (972) 304-7063, and mail the original to: P. O. Box
9478, Coppell, Texas 75019. If you have any questions or comments regarding this, please do not
hesitate to give me a call, or you may contact Chief Robert Kruse at (972) 304-3501.
We appreciate Champion Partners' commitment to Coppell, and look forward to working with you
in expediting the arrival of Mohawk Carpets into our community. If there is a need for a face-to-
