You stated that you would be submitting plans to the Building Inspections office for the finish-out and exterior modifications on or about March 6, 2002. If you will sign this letter in the space provided below, we are hereby authorizing you to proceed in a hold harmless situation with regard to code interpretations and interior finish-out requirements.
