Dear Ms. Turner:
Please allow this letter to serve as a Hold Harmless Agreement between The City of Coppell
and Duke Realty Services Limited Partnership (Duke), acting as agent on behalf of Texas
Dugan Limited Partnership, the owner of Lot 5, Block A, of the Duke-Freeport Addition, as
part of the grading per.nit requirements for the Uline, Inc. project on Freeport Parkway.
Duke hereby agrees to install and maintain the erosion control measures during grading
operations in accordance with the erosion control plan submitted with the grading permit
drawings. Duke also agrees to repair and/or replace any public or private utilities should they
be damaged during the grading operations. Duke will also notify The City of Coppell
Engineering Deptmment regarding any changes to the grading plan.
