Paint MLV on curb in blue at main line valve and paint lid blue.
Mark on curb DOM & IRR in blue at water meters.
paint meter can lid blue.
Mark Mit on curb at manhole in red.
Paint manhole lid red.
Manhole needs chimney seal and grouted ingtde.
Fire hydrant will not drain.
Clean meter cans to bypass and curbstop.
Clean out dirt inside valve stack.
