Discrepancies/Comments:
The following discrepancies were noted at the time of this observation.
1. Panel #31 was missing three (3) #5 (lifting steel) and Panel #24 was missing
one (1) #5 (lifting steel).
2. Drainage sleeves were added to some panels. The buckets caused reinforcing
steel not to have proper cover and reinforcing steel was touching the bucket.
