Dear Mr. Newsom:
You are hereby notified that the City of Coppell has awarded
a contract for construction of the above referenced project
in the amount of $83,766.85.
Enclosed are six (6) copies of the Form of Agreement,
Performance Bond and Payment Bond. Please execute these
documents at your earliest convenience and forward to our
office along with a certificate of insurance with appropriate
coverages.
Upon receipt of these documents, we will have the agreement
signed by the City of Coppell, return two (2) bound sets of
documents to you for your files, and issue a "Notice to
Proceed" order. Please return an acknowledged copy of this
Notice of Award to us.
We are looking forward to working with your firm on this
