City of Coppell, Texas
WHEREAS, the owner of Lot 1 , Block "A" , of the St. Joseph Village
Subdivision, Coppell, Texas (the owners) understand and acknowledge that at his
(owner' s) request the City of Coppell will consider approval of an early site
grading permit for this property prior to final approval of engineered site
development package, which shall include site grading, utilities and paving plans
and details; and
WHEREAS, the owner recognize and acknowledge that upon final approval of
engineered site development package that site grading modifications could be
required to comply with final approval of same; and
WHEREAS, the owner recognize and acknowledge that existing utilities whether
or not indicated on submitted site development package documents are to be
protected from damaged during the progress of the work prior to final approval of
site development package; and
THEREFORE, the owners recognize and acknowledge that any additional cost for
modifications to site grading to meet final approved documents, and cost for
protection and/or repairs of existing utilities would be at their own cost.
