All new items a~e in bold. Consultant Punch List is attached behind this ~port. ~ 3. Clean electrical plates. 7. Fill broken CMU. Room 101 - Back Door Ar~ 14. Clean stains in carpet. a. - Existing lock to be adjusted. 19. Secure plates. 20. Touch-up door paint by re-painting entire door. 21. Adjust door to open/close without scraping floor. Replace broken phone plate. Cover exposed wire. 29. Rem_'ove hook, chain. 2 x 4 - _o~nt and patch ceiling. d. Fix leak at toilet supply line. 31. Repair hole in door by lock. e. Seal around mop sink. £ Secure over pressure pipe to the wall. g. Seal around piping penetrating CMU wall 40. Touch-u_o paint on walls and ceilings. 41. Base missing at doorjamb by CMU. 42. Repeated comment 43. Remove return/supply grilles and clean. Re-install and fix screw 44. Clean wood trim edge on cabinets. 46. Patch/paint'hole in wall. Room 1lO.& Vestibule h. Re-apply sealant around mirror. 54. Patch hole at old laundry area, paint area, & cut base around patch. $5. Cracked and scraped wall. 57. Repair door hardware on rear door so that door is operational without force. Room 108 - Electrical 1. Adjust tension on door. Secure wood casework to each CMU wall. 65. Clean wood trim on miilwork. 66. Flanges removed from wall and wall patched and painted. 70. Adhere VCT files throughout so surface is smooth. 73. Patch holez in CMU - north and west wall. 75. Touch-up paint- especially at wingwall. 76. Trim boards - adhere to CMU wall. 77. Clean storefxont frame. 78. Clean grey paint off CMU. 79. Adjust door El07 to close correctly. 80. Paint conduit. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. Tack down robber base throughout. Touch-up paint throughout where indicated. Secure and cie, an elccffical plates where indicated. Completed Touch-uP paint at all doors throughout where indicated or needed. All touch-up paint to match base paint. Exit sign over exterior door (rm. 111) interferes with traffic through door. Relocation to beside door is required. One kitchen light does not switch. (This is possibly an existing night Ii§hr.) The owner may want to be able to switch it off with the others. Fan controls still appear to be lighting dinners rather than fan sp~ed controllers. Item Ho. 17 from previous report. The telephone baard was not installed. The owner is working with the telephone co. They .are coordinating a residential service that w~11 not require the boated. Have board maved out of main room into Elec. Rm. untll it is remaved from site. New Item. Need a new lamp in the light fixture in the corridor vestibule.
