Sandy Lake Update
John,
Just a quick update on the progress for Sandy Lake Road Landscaping. We have now received enough
base information from Kimley Horn and Eddie to begin design concepts. We anticipate to review design
options with you by the end of the month. However, we still need more site / base information if we are to
take any concepts to a construction document format. The remaining items needed are as follows:
1. All irrigation taps and sleeves from Macarthur to Denton Tap.
2. Existing locations of light pole fixtures
3. Actual field locations of existing sidewalks.
We need to get the above items by the end of the month if we are to keep track with a reasonable
schedule. Let me know if we can achieve this milestone by the end of the month.
