Dear Mr. Griffin:
Attached is one (1) set of mylars and two (2) sets of prints of the Record Drawings for the
above referenced project. These plans have been revised to reflect changes during
construction.
We have also per[ormed a grade check survey to determine if the grades along the
handicap assessable route are within guidelines. Based on our survey, it appears that
the grades do meet the minimum grades required on sidewalks and parking areas.
However, our review does not constitute an official ADA compliance inspection. The
project will still require an official ADA inspection by a licensed inspector.
