Suzan,
I looked at your comments on the sidewalk plans and I made the changes you
asked for on the plans. The entire sidewalk/trail was designed by a
Landscape Architect in our office. All the cross slopes and grades of the
sidewalk meet ADA requirements. With regards to grading, I'm not sure that
we have a choice when we get into the berms on the East end of Creekview.
To put a sidewalk in this area we are going to need to do some grading. I
don't think there is any way around it. There will be money left over from
the sidewalk bid item since we aren't going to build the sidewalk the entire
length. I'm not sure how to address your comment.
With regards to existing irrigation, as far as I can tell the plans for
Wagon Wheel Phase II do not indicate that there is any irrigation in the
berm areas. I've asked Clint in our office to verify this. Would it be
possible to get the Parks Department involved and see if they will fix or
adjust any damaged irrigation in these areas? We will need to try an work
around the existing landscaping as best we can.
I will send over revised copies of the plans by the end of the week along
with the cross sections.

I got your comments on the sidewalk. I will address them ASAP. I will be
out of town from May 11th to the 28th. We are supposed to have a meeting on
site this Thursday at 10. I will try and bring the revised sidewalk plans
to our meeting on Thursday. Can you find out how many copies you will need.
I assume they will need to be stamped by the City prior to the Contractor
getting copies. I will only miss one of our monthly meetings on May 23rd.
I am going to send Danny Applegate to that meeting. If anything should come
