agreement with Hobart Development, Inc. to facilitate grading on the western side of
their lot. The owners shall hold Hobart Development, Inc. harmless should any problems
arise relating to the fill and grading work that will be done.
We acknowledge that the agreement is limited to brining in dirt and grading in
the specified areas. I hereby verify that I am the owner of said property.
