REVISED PLANS & ESTIMATE
Dear Mr. Griffin:
Enclosed please find the revised plans and detailed cost estimate for the subject
location. As per your direction, the project has been revised to include traffic signal
preemption capabilities. The total estimated cost to install the active warning devices at
this location is now $144,225.64.
Please be advised that we will not order any materials or schedule a crew until we have
received notice that the City has approved the plans and estimate. Once approval is
received, it will take approximately 90 to 120 days before construction can begin. After
you have received final approval, please notify us immediately.
