Paving Agreement
Dear Gary:
It is our understanding that the City has entered into an agreement with JR Holdings that the pavement
for this project will be a minimum of 7-inch, 5 ~ sack, 3600 psi concrete with the subgrade compacted to
95 percent modified with no lime stabilization.
This letter offers no opinion as to performance of the street.
