Signature Of Final Plans For Project 10
Dear Mr. Griffin:
We have received the final plans for CMAQ Project 10 in your City. The plans have been reviewed
by the PM/E for format and completeness and are ready for PS&E assembly and submittal to
TxDOT - Austin for bid letting. The CSJ, intersection name, and City are shown below:

Two paper copies of the plans are attached for your review and files. We sent the plans to TxDOT
without the signed title sheet for checking and placement on the letting schedule. The attached
mylar cover sheet is enclosed for signature. We request you obtain the signature from your
Director of Public Works on the title sheet and return immediately so we can proceed with this
project. The signature should be made using a "Sharpie" like pen with black permanent type ink.

We have also enclosed a FedEx mailer and return slip for your use in returning this to our office.
You can put one envelope inside the other and use the self-sealing system.

The Title Sheet from the Mylar set has been removed and sent to the city to obtain the required
signature. It is our understanding that these dScuments will be checked and reviewed by the
Roadway Design Office for completeness, as the PS&E package is assembled for letting in
Austin. Dallas County expects Right of Way acquisition to be completed by July 2002.
