54-Inch Water Line Easement
Dear Mr. Barina:
In September 2001, the City of Coppell submitted the above referenced construction
plans and requested approval to construct and maintain an elevated sidewalk within an
existing City of Dallas 20-foot water line easement (Vol. 72104, Pg. 2166). Subsequent
to the submittal of the plans, we realized the alignment of the sidewalk would change and
did not pursue the approval. The ali.gnment of the sidewalk has been revised, and the
sidewalk across the easement is an at-grade, 8-foot wide concrete walk.
Attached is a set of revised construction plans for the proposed sidewalk for your review.
The City respectfully requests approval to construct and maintain the sidewalk within
Dallas's existing easement. Your consideration of this matter is appreciated and should
