54-Inch Water Line Easement
Dear Mr. Reck:
In October 2001, the City of Irving reviewed the above referenced construction plans and
requested several design changes prior to appwving the construction of the sidewalk
within Irving's 30-foot water line easement (Vol. 97138, Pg. 4091). The alignment of the
sidewalk has been revised, and Irving's comments and requested changes have been
incorporated into the plans. The sidewalk across the easement is an at-grade, 8-foot wide
concrete walk. This will allow Irving to maintain access to the pipeline for maintenance
and repairs.
Attached is a set of revised construction plans for the proposed sidewalk for your review.
The City respectfully requests approval to construct and maintain the sidewalk within
Irving's existing easement. Your consideration of this matter is appreciated and should
