Plans were not available at the time of observation. In
Place reinforcing was ~f4 bars at 18" O.C. and ~f5
smooth dowells at 24" O.C. in the construction joint.
The reinforcing steel placed at the above referenced locations was observed with
respect to the referenced portions of the contract documents.
