RE: Creekview Drive and Freeport Parkway
Enclosed are a set of sidewalk layout plans for Creekview Drive for your review. We
are also sending a set of plans to ISl for their review. There are two sections of the
sidewalk that are labeled to be built at a later date. The first is a small section located
at the proposed drive to the future Tennis Center. Larry and I both agreed that it would
be best to let the Parks Department build this section with the Tennis Center project.
The second section is the sidewalk located where the existing pile of dirt sits. Larry
and I also agreed to leave this section of sidewalk out and let the Parks Department
finish the walk once the dirt has been removed. At one point there was talk that
someone may want the dirt for another construction site. Last that I heard he no longer
wants the dirt. The sidewalk in this area has been designed and can be constructed if
the dirt is removed prior to construction of the sidewalk.
