BJM informed Mike Millican with Aguirre Corporation that the elevation of the proposed
Star Leaf pavement differs from the elevations at the existing curb of Star Leaf by
approximately one foot. We both concurred that we used the same benchmarks. He will
verify if our topo is correct, and if so will make adjustments to his paving plan. Mr. Millican
felt that our topo was correct and to proceed with our design of the sidewalk.
