At the May 12, 1998 City Council meeting, the referenced project was awarded to your firm.
Enclosed with his letter are six copies of the contract signed by the Mayor. Please sign the six
copies, provide the required bonds and return five of the copies to the Engineering Department.
One of the copies is for your record. Once the contracts have been signed and returned to our
office, a preconstruction meeting will be scheduled and a notice to proceed letter will be issued.
The inspector on this project will be Garreth Campbell. If you should have questions concerning
this project please feel free to contact Garreth or myself at 304-3679.
