tt was brought to SRA's attention at the Field meeting on May 9m that the curb inlets
along Creekview Drive were not installed at the proper locations. I've spoken to the
City Inspector and he has asked that ISI provide SRA and the City with the following
information so that we can determine whether any inlets will need to be relocated.
· ISI needs to provide the actual centerline stationing for the inlets as they were
constructed.
· ISI needs to send the City a Fetter identifying the error in the location of the
curb inlets.
· ISI needs to verify the gutter line elevations along the inlet locations so that it
can be determined that the inlets will function as they were originally designed.
There are two sets oF curb inlets along Creekview that are Iow point inlets and iSI
needs to provide adequate information to verify that these inlets will function.
Regarding Pay Estimate No. 4, the quantities for Lime Stabilization and Hydrated Lime
exceed the bid quantity. The City was not notified that additional quantities ot: these
two items would be required. ISI will need to provide SRA and the City adequate
information indicating why extra quantities were required.
