Please accept this letter as a formal request for a variance to that part of the subdivision
ordinance that requires lime stabilization under private paving in the City of Coppell.
Based upon the recommendations of our Geotechnical Engineer (attached), we propose to
construct 6 inch 3000 PSI concrete paving on a compacted but unlimed subgrade. We
propose this section for all private paving including the fire linde.
