NOTES:
· TXU Energy will be provided a written inspection report fram H~laOn Pipe and Products which details
damage to existing pipe sections and provides detded repair procedure for each damaged section
identified, The report shell identify location of re~elred areas for TXU maintenance records.
· Pipeline route ~dl be filled with native materiel to a depth or at least one toot above the proposed
top of the TXU pipe. Tho f'al will be mode in lifts and compacted to o mln~um of $5~ Std. proctor
density at a moisture content acceptable to the soils lob. The lob will take 2 density tests per lift.
The lab will provide cop;es of their test results to TXU,
· After the first fill operation ia complete, o bench will be mt into the ffi sectim to six inches below
the proposed botto~ of the pipe, Embedment shall be es shown o~ the detail.
· Above the elevation of one foot above the top of the pipe, native materiel ~hell be replaced end
compacted to 95~ Std. proctor density using the procedure noted obeys. The fill wi]l be returned to
the orynal elev~Uon or three feet above the pipe, whichever is higher.
