1. ,-/"Y" inlet box (junction box) at SE corner is in flood plain.
Grout at bo~ a~4 RCI';
grout joints in RCI~s; also bas no plug.
2. ~-~ "Y" inlet box (junction box) - Femove dirt and mud; pour in a bottom to grade of
RCWs~ grout RC~'s at b~x.
3. ~ At junction box at far south end, joints need grouting - 4 X 6 barrels.
4. *~ "Y" inlet in middle of project has no plug.
S. ,.~The large RCP has no plug in top of RCIMs.
