I know that we have talked about thi~ issue on several occasions, and I do not mean to
belabor it. However, I want to make certain you understand that we have no approved
grading plan for the east side of the project. Also, the drainage design that is approved
and is currently being constructed will not function if the grading design that was
prepared to accompany the drainage design is not imp~eniented.
