Parkview Addition-CS020523Ehon — (f6 rot ers - Ike: oo vs. asemen question F rte. From: Teresa Turner To: Rhonda Brothers Date: 5/23/02 1:28PM Subject: Re: Pool vs. Easement question He called me a few minutes ago and I gave him the number for Jeff Curry at Oncor. We don't have the authority to grant him a variance in a TXU easement. Unfortunately, I don't think that they abandon their easements very often but they may could work something out to allow a small section of the pool to fall within it. >>> Rhonda Brothers 5/23/02 1:10:29 PM >>> I helped a gentleman while you were out of your office for a minute & Scott was at lunch. He lives on Alex Drive (Parkview Addition, Lot 34, Block 4) and wants to build a pool but a TXU easement is in the way. I gave him an enlarged copy of his lot from the plat & your business card, and told him to try to get a copy of his survey from Tax Dept. He will call you to set appointment to get a determination of whether the easement is an issue. He seems to think we could give him some kind of variance to build in the easement.
