Dear Sir:
The City of Coppell will be accepting bids on the referenced project prior to April 28, 1998,
2:00 p.m., at which time they will be publicly opened and read. A Pre-Bid Conference has been
scheduled for this project at the Coppell City Hall in the Engineering Department (255 Parkway
Blvd.) at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 20, 1998.
The Scope of Work is generally as follows:
This project is located on Denton Tap Road between Cottonwood Creek and S.H. 121
Bypass. In general, the work shall consist of the construction of storm drainage and
concrete pavement improvements and a sixdane bridge, along with all related work
necessary to complete the project as detailed in the plans and specifications.
