Dear Ms. Turner:
On behalf of Duke Construction, we request that the City of Coppell grant a variance to
the Subdivision Ordinance on the sealant design criteria for the Duke-Freeport Addition
Lot 5, Block A. Duke Construction wishes to eliminate the use of silicone sealant, in
private pavement areas, on this project. In lieu ofsilicone, Duke Construction will use
hot poured rubber sealant on all private pavement areas and silicone sealant within the
public right of way.
