I spoke with Mike and he is familiar with the pool situation at 719 Meadowglen. He hasn't talked with the
property owner, but he did discuss the issue with Robertson Pools.

It's a situation where the pool was built over the City right-of-way, not the property line. If it was the
1p,,,~dt~ properly line, it would be a Board of Adjustment case, but since it involves City right-of-way, it's an issue
for your department.
Mike says that Robertson Pools did this same thing a few years ago at 466 Harris Street. Ken apparently
got involved in it at that time, and it was resolved by the City deeding a small amount of right-of-way along
Bethel School Road to the property owner to allow his pool to remain.
Please let us know if we can help with this situation. We won't be able to resolve it, but if the homeowner
wants an explanation this week, Mike Hodge could probably discuss it with him.
