The Engineering Department has received comments from the following utility companies: I )
Verizon; 2) TXiJ; and 3) AT&T Broadband concerning yow request to abandon a portion of the
existing right-of--way easement on the south side of yow property at 129 Meadowglen Circle.
Verizon and TXU do not have any plans to utilize this easement. However, AT&T Broadband has
existing facilities in the area and will not approve the abandonment of a portion of the easement.
Copies of the letters are attached for your review.
Considering AT&T Broadband's response, your request for abandonment of a portion of the
existing right-of--way easement on the south side of Lot 5, Block M, The Meadows Section Four
(129 Meadowglen Circle) cannot be processed.
The license agreement approved by City Council on August 14, 2001, which allows you to
encroach into the existing easement with your pool and pool deck, is available for yow signatwe in
my office.

fhe rear of Lot 5, Block M, The Meadows Section Four Addition. Verizon does not
