Dear Mr. Biderman:
As you have. requested, Texas Power & Light Company will agree to relocate
our facilities in the alley off Bullock Drive in Coppell, Texas.
The cost for doing this work is $4,167. This price will not apply to any
ci~ange in the original plans as shown on the attached print. It cannot
be guaranteed later than ninety days from today and must be paid before
construction starts. We will also require a ten foot easement along our
new .route as shown on the print.
