In addition to the above comments, please provide a letter requesting a waiver for lime stabilized subgrade on the parking lot area and the use of an alternate to concrete RCP for the storm drainage system outside of the public rights-of--way. Also provide a letter indicating the anticipated sequencing for the entire project. Once these changes have been made, please resubmit three sets of revised plans and a completed Construction Development Permit Application with all applicable fees so that the permit for Phase lA can be issued.
