Dear Mr. Griffin,
In accordance with our telephone conversation yesterday, we respectfully request that your
office grant conditional approval of the design of the storm sewer systems consisting of
Lines "A" and "E" for the St. Joseph Project, as previously submitted. The nature of our
request is to enable ordering of materials for these lines so as to expedite the overall
construction schedule. We understand that installation of these lines may not commence
without final approval of construction drawings that incorporate the review comments we
have received.
