The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
Cover Sheet
Remove Greg Garcia from the list of City Council members
Sheet C1.01
1. An overall location map would be helpful, as would labeling the area that appears to be a
lake.
2. Label contours on the north side of the proposed new trail section.
Sheet C1.03
1. Has permission been obtained from the Denton County Levee District to construct the trail
on or adjacent to the levee?
2. The trail is dimensioned at 12 feet but labeled as 6 feet. Which is correct?
Sheet C1.04
The plans do not indicate that you intend to connect to the existing sidewalk on Natches Trace
Drive. Is this correct?
Sheet C1.06
Culvert `B' should reference the detail on Sheet C1.10 instead of Sheet C1.09.
Sheet C1.07
An overall location map of this area would be helpful in determining exactly where this is.
Sheet C1.08
Verify that the details conform to the City of Coppell's Standard Specifications and Subdivision
Ordinance.

Sheet C1.12
1. How will you prevent erosion on the 3:1 slopes?
2. The trail over the culverts is labeled as 5 feet wide while the rest of the trail is 6 feet wide. Is
this correct?
3. The labeled culvert elevations do not appear to match the profile elevations.
There are other minor comments throughout the plans that should also be addressed. Once all
changes have been made, please re- submit this marked -up set and two sets of revised plans to
