II. DENTON COUNTY PROJECTS
A. Section 13: Tarraut County Line to North of Denton Creek (conversion to
freeway)(CSJ 0364-02-017 & 0364-03-064)
The Texas Transportation Commission at their July 2001 meeting under
the Innovative Financing Program advanced this project to Priority 1 in
Category 3A -NHS Mobility.

3. TxDOT's Fort Wo~•th District is including this section of the SH 121 Free-
way in an ongoing MIS, Schematic, and EA consultant contract they have
in the area. The Fort Worth District is working closely with the City of
Grapevine to develop the transportation needs in the area. The following
are estimated milestone dates:
