Subject: Detector Loops
I underestimated the number of thru lanes when I received the initial estimate to install loops for EB
Beltline at Mac, Arthur. We will need one more 6' x 20' loop. Zachary Const. gave me an estimate for the
additional loop of $835. The original estimate was $7035 which brings the grand total to $7870 to have
loops installed. They would like to get verbal approval today since they want to do the work tomorrow.
Let me know if this is okay and I will call Zachary this afternoon. Thanks.

Paul with Zachary called this morning and we gave him approval to include another detector loop for EB
Beltline at MacArthur. The total cost for loops will be $7870. I assume that Dallas County will initiate the
change order. If this is incorrect let me know. Thanks.
