54-inch Water Line Easement
Dear Ms. Taylor:
The City of Irving received a revised draft set of Construction Plans for the Elevated
Sidewalk-Riverchase dated May 2002. The City of Irving approves the plan to install an
8-foot wide, at-grade sidewalk across Irving's water line easement near the proposed
Starleaf Street. Itis understood that the sidewalk will be constructed and maintained by
the City of Coppell.
It was also noted that the City of Coppell intends to install a new box culvert that will
discharge near the City of Irving's pipeline. In order to prevent erosion around Irving's
pipeline, we request that the proposed box culvert be extended beyond Irving's pipeline
or that Coppell place a concrete apron or a geotextile (filter fabric) and rip rap completely
across Irving's pipeline trench zone at the discharge.
Please notify me at 972 721-2281 when construction begins so we cmt inspect any work
in our easement to verify that our line will not be impacted.
