Central Expressway, #1000 Dallas, Texas 75206 Golden Triangle Mobile Home Park Water Line & Fire Hydrants WA 00-02 Preliminary Review Comments Dear Mr. Davis: Following a review of the above referenced plans, the following comments are offered for your consideration: WATER AND SANITARY SEWER GENERAL NOTES 1. All water mains 10-inches and smaller are Class 200, DR-14. See attached Subdivision Ordinance. 2. Water lines shall be installed with a minimum cover over the top of 42 inches. See attached Subdivision Ordinance. LINE W-1 OPTION No. 1 and OPTION No. 2 1. The proposed alignment of both options is too close to the existing one-sto~y brick building located on Lot 13. 2. There is a low area in the southeast comer of Lot 1, Block 1. Did you obtain any contour information? See attached aerial photograph. City notes indicate that the water line would be best located between Lots 38 and 39 of the Golden Triangle Mobile Home Park. Need to revisit the site to determine. LINE W-2 1. The proposed easement width needs to be 20 feet and 15 feet as indicated on the plans. 2. There is a third fire hydrant that is not shown. It should be located in the vicinity of the southwest comer of Lot 65. Please revise the plan sheets as needed. Enclosed is the review set of plans, which should be returned with the next submittal.
