RE: Revised Implementation Agreements
Golden Triangle Mobile Home Park Water Line & Fire Hydrants
Dear Suzan:
Attached are three (3) revised copies of the Interlocal Agreement for this Project. Please have your Mayor sign
all three (3) and return them to me at your earliest convenience. I will then have the County Judge sign them,
thereby finalizing the Interlocal Agreement, and return one (1) copy back to you for your records. Please
remember that no funds for work performed before the date that this Interlocal Agreement is finalized can be
reimbursed.
Also, I have attached a copy of the "County of Daltas Special Provisions" which address the necessary federal
grant requirements associated with this Project. Please have your design consultant insert them into the Project
Specifications. You will note that Special Provision III (Minority Business/Women-Owned Business
Involvement Policy) has been omitted and will be inserted by me in the Proposal Documents that I will prepare
once the plan and specifications are completed.
